π³οΈβπ Twin Cities Pride Parade 2026
Join the Great Northern Region for one of the most visible, celebratory, and meaningful events of the year as we take part in Twin Cities Pride 2026. This annual tradition gives us a chance to show up proudly, share our cars and our community, and be part of one of Minnesotaβs biggest LGBTQIA+ celebrations.
And this year, unlike last year, we are not competing with the LCCI Grand Invitational for calendars, travel, and attention β which means an even better opportunity to turn out strong and make this a standout GNR Pride showing.

π Why This Event Matters
Twin Cities Pride is one of the biggest stages we have all year to celebrate our identity as an LGBTQ+ and allies car club while showing the public who we are.
- A high-visibility opportunity to represent GNR in a joyful and affirming setting
- A chance to showcase our club, our cars, and our community spirit
- One of our most meaningful annual traditions
- A great event for members, guests, and supporters to take part in together
π GNR at the Parade
We expect this to be one of our strongest Twin Cities Pride turnouts yet.
- Members may be able to participate with vehicles, depending on parade logistics and registration details
- Members without cars are still strongly encouraged to join and represent the club
- Guests are welcome to celebrate with us
- More specific club meetup and staging details can be shared with registrants closer to the event
π What Else to Expect
Twin Cities Pride describes the festival as Minnesotaβs largest free Pride festival, featuring entertainment, community resources, artists, businesses, and hundreds of vendors.
- A full day of Pride energy in downtown Minneapolis
- Live entertainment and community celebration
- A chance to spend time with fellow club members before, during, or after the parade
- An easy option to stay and enjoy the festival after the parade concludes
π Parking & Transportation
Twin Cities Pride notes that getting to the festival can be challenging due to traffic and construction, and they encourage advance parking planning, transit, rideshare, or biking.
- Plan ahead for downtown traffic and event-day closures
- Parking may be easier if reserved in advance
- Transit, rideshare, or biking may be good options for non-parade participants
π RSVP
Please RSVP through this GNR event page so we can gauge interest, coordinate participation, and share parade-day details as they become available.
- Let us know if you hope to participate with a vehicle
- Let us know if you plan to attend as a walker, rider, or spectator
- Watch for follow-up communication with staging and coordination details
Come help us celebrate Pride, represent GNR, and make the most of one of the most joyful days of the year. With a clear calendar and strong turnout potential, this is a great year to show up big. πβ¨
