Rev up your engines and spring into style at our second annual Spring Fling Car Thing! Join us Saturday, May 31, 2025, at The Wild Vintage Collective in Fridley. From around 10am to 2pm, we’re celebrating the start of summer with an incredible gathering of classic cars, vintage finds, and full-on community vibes.

Memorial Day marks the start of summer for some, but in Minnesota we’re clinging on to Spring and will keep the good times rolling with a celebration of all things vintage and vibrant. The Wild Vintage Collective — home to over 16,000 sq ft of retro treasures and more than 40 unique vendors — will be buzzing with energy as we fill the lot with beautiful rides and old-school charm.

• Joshua Larson: Resident collector of all things funky and fabulous. If it’s quirky, colorful, or cat-related, Joshua’s your guide!
• David Wenzel: A true connoisseur of vintage, David knows a rare find when he sees it — and might just share a story or two about his beloved Blenko Glass collection.

It Takes a Village

Shop, sip, and stroll! Explore a massive selection of vintage vendors, sip top-notch coffee from The Clapping Monkey House of Coffee, and connect with a creative, welcoming community.

Photo Ops Galore

Don’t forget to take pics of your car, your friends, and your best vintage looks. Smile, pose, and preserve the memories.

Agenda – Subject to Change!

• Early Birds – Cars roll in starting at 9:30am. Grab your coffee, claim your spot, and explore the vintage wonderland before the crowds arrive.
• Roll In – Watch the time! If you’re showing a car, please do not arrive after 10:30am
• Car Show – The full show kicks off around 11am. Showcase your ride, chat with fellow car enthusiasts, and make some new friends along the way.
• Spring Fling Fun – Photo ops, great music, and the vibrant Wild Vintage Open House — plus plenty of surprises and chances to grow our club community!
• Afternoon Chill – After 2pm, the vibe shifts to relaxed browsing, casual chats, and soaking up the spring sunshine. Feel free to stay until 4pm or as long as the fun lasts!
