Join us for Sizzlin’ Summer Nights, a car club favorite hosted by Robin Kaul. The event takes place on August 22-25 in Aberdeen, SD. The festivities begin on Thursday with arrivals and continue through Sunday with an optional breakfast meet-up before departure.

Schedule options:

• Many folks arrive on Thursday evening to get settled in and relax before the full day of activities on Friday.
• For those who can’t arrive on Thursday, Friday morning arrival is an option with activities starting at 10:15 am.
• If arriving on Friday isn’t feasible, Saturday morning or early afternoon arrivals can still participate in the car show preparations and event.
• Most people stay in the area on Saturday night and drive home on Sunday after the optional breakfast meet-up.

Friday, August 23, 2024:

• 10:15 am: Meet at Wylie Park for a 10:30 am tour. Enjoy the whimsical attractions of the park, including the Yellow Brick Road and Dorothy’s farm. There is no entrance fee.
• 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm: Lunch – location to be announced.
• 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm: Caravan to Mina Lake.
• 2:00 pm: Tour the Kreber car collection, an exquisite showcase of rare and fast cars.
• 6:30 pm: Details to come for the evening plans.

Saturday, August 24, 2024:

• 10:00 am: Car wash meet-up at Rinse & Go on 8th Ave and Kettering.
• 2:30 pm: Vehicle check-in for the car show.
• 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Sizzlin’ Summer Nights Car Show on Main Street in Downtown Aberdeen.
• Afterglow: Snacks, drinks, chats, fun.

Sunday, August 25, 2024:

• 9:00 am: Optional breakfast meet-up before departure.
