Schedule

Friday, September 27th

We will caravan from the MSP area. We will offer a few options:

(1) 1pm meet up at Cabella’s Woodbury, MN headed East on I-94, and from Mauston, WI south to the destination. This route takes 4 hours, and we are allowing an additional 30 minutes for a rest / gas stop.

(2) 1pm meet up at Casey’s convenience store off Hwy 52 in Cannon Falls, MN (south of the metro) and head to Rochester and take I-90 East then through LaCrosse, leaving the interstate behind for scenic routes ahead. This route takes 3.5 hours, and we are allowing an additional 30 minutes for a rest / gas stop. This caravan will arrive on site first and will set up for the welcome reception.

(3) Drive on your own. Please plan on arriving by 5:30pm if you want to partake in happy hour, by 7pm for dinner, or arrive later if you prefer. If you are staying off site at your own accommodations and not at Big Valley Ranch, please plan your route and timing on your own, and let us know if you want help.

ARRIVAL: 5:30pm – Happy Hour and Welcome Reception hosted by Earl @ The Lodge at Big Valley Ranch. Select beverages and treats are provided Great Northern Region president Jim Nepp!

DINNER: 7:00pm – Group Dinner. Subject to change. Also, optional. You might choose to dine on your own, bring your dinner and fix it on site, or join the group at The Woods Bar and Grill in Lone Rock, WI (6 miles away from Big Valley Ranch).
