Get your motor purring and your vintage vibes vibing this Cinco de Mayo! Join us for a spectacular Cinco de Carro event at Wild Vintage Collective. From 9am to 4pm on May 5th, immerse yourself in a fiesta of classic cars, retro finds, and fabulous drag performances.

Celebrate Cinco de Carro with a Twist of Vintage Charm!

On this festive Cinco de Mayo, we will transform Wild Vintage Collective by taking over (well, at least a part) of their parking lot and offering a paradise for those who love the roar of engines and the stories of timeless treasures. The Wild Vintage Collective is a haven for reminiscence and collection, spanning over 16,000 sq ft with offerings from more than 40 vintage and antique dealers.

Introducing the Hosts of the Wild Vintage Collective:

  • Joshua Larson: A collector at heart and a self-proclaimed future eccentric old cat lady, who finds joy in the modern, funky, and the odd.
  • David Wenzel: The man with the golden eye for antiques, and a walking encyclopedia for vintage treasures. Just don’t ask him to part with his beloved Blenko Glass.

Special Guest Star – Betty Bang: The queen of vintage drag, Betty Bang, will bring her pin-up pizzazz and comedic flair to our event. She’s not just a riot; she’s a full-blown rebellion against the mundane, ready to entertain and captivate as you explore the wonders of Wild Vintage Collective.

The Clapping Monkey House of Coffee: Settle in at the Collective’s in-house coffee shop, where you can sip on exceptional brews and GO BANANAS with excitement! Coffee, queerness, vintage, and antiques blend for a wild experience.

Agenda:

  • Early Birds – Arrive at 9am for an exclusive early bird experience. Get your caffeine fix, secure the best parking spots, and enjoy a chat and tour with The Wild Vintage Collective crew.
  • Car Show – Everyone needs to be in place by 11am when doors open to the public. Mingle with the crowd, meet fellow club members, and perhaps take home a piece of history.
  • Festive Fun – Food Trucks, DJ, photo contest, and more – our chance to engage the community, show off our club and cars, and grow our membership. Vendors and Food Trucks are to-be-announced.
  • Afternoon Encore – Starting at 2pm, the choice is yours. Continue to shop, mix and mingle, or call it a day. We’ll keep the fun going until about 4pm, but feel free to stay as long as the party lasts!

This Cinco de Mayo, let’s make memories with the roar of engines, the allure of antiques, and the spectacular Betty Bang. Cinco de Carro is more than an event; it’s where the past and present come together for some great fun and memory-making!
