Annual Meeting and Kick Off Party

Join us for our Annual Meeting and Kick Off, where we’ll welcome members old and new to the Great Northern Region of LCCI, the Twin Cities LGBTQ car club. This event is a great opportunity to hear from our club officers, learn about our plans for the upcoming year, and get involved. Whether you’re a seasoned member or just starting out, this is the perfect time to connect with like-minded individuals and celebrate our shared love of cars. So mark your calendars and get ready for a fun and informative afternoon!

  • 12:30pm Lunch is served! (provided by our host, Earl Moore)
  • 1:30pm Annual meeting
  • 2:00pm Social time and wrap up
  • 2:45pm Clean up and depart (room rental ends at 3pm)

 

Note: Club officers will arrive around 12 noon to set up for the event, so feel free to come a few minutes early if you like!

 

About the Location

Completed in 2006, The Wellstone Center is a large facility just south of downtown St. Paul in the West Side neighborhood. We are renting the Anna Heilmaier Meeting Room, a 1,500 square foot room with panoramic windows. On Site parking is provided in attached parking garage. Please park in designated parking, as parking on-street in adjacent neighborhood areas are subject to parking regulations.
